Community Benefits Direct

 
Our Chamber has partnered with Manning & Napier Benefits to provide the Community Benefits Direct program. As a member you have access to a greater variety of group insurance and other benefit plans from the premier providers in our area.
 
Employers and their employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for competitively priced benefits through BlueCross BlueShield of WNY (Community Blue), Univera Healthcare and Independent Health.
 
Group Benefits Management is no longer just "pick a plan."
 
In the past you were able to click on a link and the plans and rates would appear. Today, all members have been assigned a unique username and password. Please contact Manning & Napier Benefits at 1-877-603-7091 to access your username and password or email cbd@mnb-buf.com. Once this step has been completed you will be able to follow the instructions below.
